- added a 'listall' option to FTextureManager::ListTextures, so that the multipatchtexture lookup can find multiple older versions with the same use type.
...
This fixes an issue with DUMP 2 which looked for patches of the same name as the texture currently being defined and where the patches had the same use type as the composite texture. The function as implemented would only find the newly added composite and print an error.

- fixed: Multipatch textures may not set up their patch references until all textures have been loaded.
...
If done earlier they will not be able to detect overrides of sprites and graphics which are not part of the PATCHES lump. There was some fudging code to work around this problem but it was only partially working.
Now these textures only collect the texture name and use type during setup and resolve them after all textures have been created.

Split ANIMATED into three parts, filtered by game that uses them
...
- ANIMATED contained definitions for Doom, Heretic, and Strife, all
crammed into a single file. This meant that animations from one game
could erroneously make their way into maps for another game that
provided custom textures with names that matched textures that animated
in the other game. There are now three separate ANIMATED lumps with only
the animations defined for the original game and no others. The one
that gets loaded depends on the game being played.
- Added documentation for the ANIMATED file format to the comment for
FTextureManager::InitAnimated(), since I had to figure it out from the
code.

Ideally the warping shouldn't be a property of the texture class itself but an effect processor that can get added to a texture. Unfortunately the current setup will not allow this, requiring some significant refactoring of texture access first.

The only reason this even existed was that ZDoom's original VC projects used __fastcall. The CMake generated project do not, they stick to __cdecl.
Since no performance gain can be seen by using __fastcall the best course of action is to just remove all traces of it from the source and forget that it ever existed.

- Fixed: Modern versions of GCC on PowerPC inserted padding to the end of pragma packed structures.
...
- Worked aorund modern GCC bug where C++ exceptions in Objective-C++ code would result in an ICE (bug is already on their tracker, but I doubt it will be fixed unless I decide to dig into the issue myself).
- Turn off fused floating point instructions since these can cause slight deviations in floating point code.
- Use -static-libgcc when compiling on the Mac with GCC since we need to use a custom version of GCC to do so now.
- Note: ZDoom will currently still crash on exit on PowerPC since it seems to be deciding that NameManager needs to be destructed before the console commands.

This was to resolve some circular dependencies with the portal code.
The most notable changees:
* FTextureID was moved from textures.h to doomtype.h because it is frequently needed in files that don't want to do anything with actual textures.
* split off the parts from p_maputl into a separate header.
* consolidated all blockmap related data into p_blockmap.h
* split off the polyobject parts into po_man.h

Fix some rare PNG tRNS chunk cases
...
- For grayscale images drawn with the paletted renderer, the value here
was treated as always full range [0,65535]. The max value is actually
determined by the bit depth.
- For RGB images drawn with the paletted renderer, the tRNS chunk was
ignored.
- For grayscale images drawn with the RGB renderer, having a tRNS chunk
present resulted in undefined behavior.
- For RGB images drawn with the RGB renderer, the tRNS chunk was ignored.

- fixed: Texture precaching from MAPINFO was broken
...
The code assumed that it had access to the texture manager but that gets initialized after MAPINFO, which means that MAPINFO can only store the texture names and let the precaching code resolve the actual textures.

- fixed weapon positioning again, after finding out that the first fix just worked around the actual problem: The entire coordinate calculation must be done in floating point with no integer math at all. Due to roundoff errors the stored int values needed for wall and flat placement significantly lack precision and with the high scaling factor that needs to be used for weapon HUD sprites these can easily become several pixels. After fixing this the border around sprite textures could be reverted to one pixel again.

- fixed: The 'may not be expanded' state should be stored in the texture and reused later. This also needs to revalidate the material if it decides that expansion should be disallowed.
