385095be76 Lunatic: prefer to use ctype objects instead of C type strings. 
Pass types via ffi.typeof() instead of declaring them in the
global namespace when possible.

c9190e79ae Wrap some ud.camera* and g_camera{Distance,Clock} into CAMERA* macros. 
In Lunatic, make it a struct type "camera_t" instead.
