and self.targetname == self.killtarget
triggers.qc:
don't remeve self if self.targetname == self.killtarget (I suspect this
is /always/ the case, but no harm in being certain).

--traditional is no longer needed. paroxysm/quake will take a lot more work
...
to get to this point, but now quake, quakeworld and paroxysm/quakeword can
start using qfcc's features.
