795b77a896 Fix broken forced crash for clang 
clang discards stores to *0.
Use __builtin_trap() on GCC and derivates, which plays nicely with
gdb.

Removes some CollisionModel code under _DEBUG which was probably a
leftover, since it was completely useless (its done later anyways).
