3563c99ead - made adjustments for proper int type promotion to allow internal ZScript to compile with it on.
* Emit a warning when relational comparisons are made between signed and unsigned ints.
* Handle shift operators so that they do not fail for constant definitions.
* changed return type of Array::Size() to signed int as most code out there is using it this way and would otherwise drown in warnings.
* fixed a few deprecation warnings.

84458ddb9f - redid postprocessing shader interface to be free of the player dependency.
This is something that really should be done in higher level code - the shader interface should only concern itself with the shader and not the conditions that block its use.
The Shader class has been redone as a thin wrapper and been deprecated.

c700682a36 - MBF21: ported the code pointers to ZScript.
So far it's just the functions and some initial changes to Dehacked's parser. None of this is usable yet.

a08d87beb3 - added a customization hook class for the menu.
Currently the only thing it does is abstracting the menu caption, but more can be added here.
Not exposed to modding yet, though, that's for later.

c64aedb262 - reimplemented the Harmony status bar in ZScript
* the Doom status bar has been partially virtualized to allow overriding specific parts of it, most notably the ammo display
* the internal Harmony status bar has been removed because it only works with the now disabled Dehacked patch.
* the SBARINFO definition has been removed, instead it uses a ZScript-based status bar now which overrides the ammo display to use the new ammo types instead.

c45c7cdb4b - reimplemented as an OptionsMenu.
This is both for consistency and better localizability. The old code is retained to ensure that mods inheriting from the old menu continue to work.

1. Top-level menu names are now properly handled.
2. Changing "Any or All terms" option now immediately updates the results.
3. Reformatted menu.zs to have tabs instead of spaces.

b65b83edb3 - removed the hard screen resolution switch that still was present on Windows and cleaned up the entire video backend code from the remaining support code for this.
Like Linux and macOS this will only support borderless fullscreen in the active desktop resolution now, which is what modern systems need.
The list of discrete resolutions has been removed as it makes no sense anymore with a fixed video mode - all the other scaling options remain active, though.

cf8447d19c -protected critical portal data from getting written to by user code.
This data is game critical and may only be altered by code that knows what is allowed and what not. It must never be altered by any user code ever.
However, since the SkyViewpoint actors need to set up some relations between themselves and the default sky portals the previously purely internal 'internal' flag has been exported as a new keyword.

050acc9271 - added rudimentary support for SVE.wad from the Strife Veteran edition so that the extended single player campaign is usable:
* all new things got either an sctor definition or are explicitly deleted through the 'doomednums' section in MAPINFO. CTC related actors are non-functional!
* added a 'noskillflags' option to 'doomednums' so that the lightmap definition things in the maps can be repurposed as dynamic lights.
* added the new dagger powerup.
* added MAPINFO entries for the added maps.

488fface50 - started port of Doom status bar to ZScript.
Fullscreen HUD done with the exception of key and inventory bar. I also used the opportunity to make it a bit more resistant against badly designed inventory icons.

a3ee3c287e - major progress on the status bar code: SBARINFO's DrawGraphic has been ported into a generic function of the base statusbar class and put to use for a few items on the Strife status bar.
- decided to ditch the widget system I had started to lay out. As it turns out that would make things far more complicated and slower than they need to be.
