e1cd0dc588 - major optimization on carry scroller code.
The old version was checking every single actor in every single sector for being affected by a carry scroller if there was so much as a single such scroller in the map.
Changed it so that the scroll thinker flags all actors in the affected sectors so that these expensive calculations can be skipped for everything else.
This change and reduce think time by 1/3 on maps like ZDCMP2 (on the test machine it went down from 6 ms to 4 ms on this map.)

96d328de9b - removed all Doom Source license and all default Raven copyright headers and replaced them with GPLv3. Also fixed the license in a few other files.
For some files that had the Doom Source license attached but saw heavy external contributions over the years I added a special note to license all original ZDoom code under BSD.

cd180d29c7 - block direct use of 'new' for DObjects.
This is to ensure that the Class pointer can be set right on creation. ZDoom had always depended on handling this lazily which poses some problems for the VM.
So now there is a variadic Create<classtype> function taking care of that, but to ensure that it gets used, direct access to the new operator has been blocked.

This also neccessitated making DArgs a regular object because they get created before the type system is up. Since the few uses of DArgs are easily controllable this wasn't a big issue.

- did a bit of optimization on the bots' decision making whether to pick up a health item or not.

b8f7e305db - changed TObjPtr to take a pointer as its template argument and not the class it points to.
This addresses the main issue with TObjPtr, namely that using it required pulling in the entire class hierarchy in basic headers like r_defs which polluted nearly every single source file in the project.

7b7623d2c4 - split DObject::Destroy into the main method, a native OnDestroy and a scripted OnDestroy method and made the main method non-virtual
This was done to ensure it can be properly overridden in scripts without causing problems when called during engine shutdown for the type and symbol objects the VM needs to work and to have the scripted version always run first.
Since the scripted OnDestroy method never calls the native version - the native one is run after the scripted one - this can be simply skipped over during shutdown.

71d1138376 - refactored the global lines array into a more VM friendly form, moved it to FLevelLocals and exported it to ZScript.
- disabled the Build map loader after finding out that it has been completely broken and nonfunctional for a long time. Since this has no real value it will probably removed entirely in an upcoming commit.

66d28a24b8 - disabled the scripted virtual function module after finding out that it only works if each single class that may serve as a parent for scripting is explicitly declared.
Needless to say, this is simply too volatile and would require constant active maintenance, not to mention a huge amount of work up front to get going.
It also hid a nasty problem with the Destroy method. Due to the way the garbage collector works, Destroy cannot be exposed to scripts as-is. It may be called from scripts but it may not be overridden from scripts because the garbage collector can call this function after all data needed for calling a scripted override has already been destroyed because if that data is also being collected there is no guarantee that proper order of destruction is observed. So for now Destroy is just a normal native method to scripted classes

2d5061e81f - fixed: DScroller did not initialize m_LastHeight in all situations. This caused a problem with the serializer because RapidJSON aborts the write of a floating point value if it is invalid.
- ensure that floats are always written out. If the actual value causes an error (i.e. INF or NaN), write a 0 to guarantee proper formatting.

6deb185b46 - fixed another typo in scroller code.
Now Scroll_Texture_Model is working properly again. (Note: Whoever designed this function must have been on drugs - its use of the source data in Boom is completely insane.)

05504b65d2 - floatified p_scroll.cpp
While testing this it became clear that with the higher precision of doubles it has to be avoided at all costs to compare an actor's z position with a value retrieved from ZatPoint to check if it is standing on a floor. There can be some minor variations, depending on what was done with this value. Added isAbove, isBelow and isAtZ checking methods to AActor which properly deal with the problem.
