a45523fb63 - scriptified A_SpawnFly.
- added support for global variables to the code generator - not the compiler, though. For the handful of entries this is needed for it may just as well be done manually. So far FLevelLocals level is the only one being exported.
- fixed: The VM disassembler truncated 64 bit pointers to 15 digits because the output buffer was too small.
- resolve entire FxSequences instead of aborting on the first failed entry. This allows to output all errors at once.

9e2830a3db - converted the rest of actors/shared.
- moved damagetype definitions to MAPINFO. These were in DECORATE which is not correct. The old code is left for compatibility.

daf43f9d35 - added polyobject serializer.
- added sanity checks to prevent a savegame from being loaded with an incompatible map
- refactored a few things to simplify serialization.
- started work on main level serializer function.

65e1589543 - allow specifying actor classes whose graphics to precache through MAPINFO.
- some reorganization of texture precaching so that the renderer can decide what to do with actors.

Just marking the sprite textures loses too much info if more is needed than just loading the images into memory.

082042818b - refactored sector portal data so that it does not rely on actors.
This is necessary because otherwise the level data cannot be serialized before the actors.

4155e84a1c - made player_t::crouchoffset and FPlayerStart's coordinates doubles and added a float version of divline_t so that I could complete the conversion of Hexen's game code.
- consolidated the actor based damage factor code which was repeated multiple times in various damage inflicting functions.

51b05d331d - replaced AActor::vel and player_t::Vel with a floating point version.
- Converted P_MovePlayer and all associated variables to floating point because this wasn't working well with a mixture between float and fixed.

Like the angle commit this has just been patched up to compile, the bulk of work is yet to be done.

81f521fe56 - fixed: Texture precaching from MAPINFO was broken
The code assumed that it had access to the texture manager but that gets initialized after MAPINFO, which means that MAPINFO can only store the texture names and let the precaching code resolve the actual textures.

15dbbc9137 - set editor numbers through MAPINFO. The DECORATE way still works ans will override any definition made in MAPINFO.

3463b87876 Fixed: MUSINFO was not multiplayer-aware
- Move MUSINFO change request out of FLevelLocals and into player_t. This
  allows the MusicChanger actors to change music for each player
  independantly. This is similar to PrBoom+, which switches depending on
  the displayplayer. The difference being, we don't actually track the
  music other players are listening to. (Which might not be a bad idea to
  implement at some point.)
- Moved a few fields in player_t for better packing.

- "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
- Some of the changes were downright wrong and some were pointless, so undo
  everything that doesn't look like an actual improvement.
