Forge: New -- a preferences panel. Doesn't do anything yet, but that's

only because I haven't created the main prefs view class yet. Trust me,
it's going to work. I think. :)
Anyway, what code there is works, and is linked into the menu -- just
hit Info -> Preferences... to see it.
