ewasylishen b9c66a66aa client.h: raise MAX_STATIC_ENTITIES further to 4096, and MAX_EFRAGS from 4096 to 8192 
this is for a limit breaking map in developement. TODO: these can both be made dynamically
allocated, MarkV has applied this patch.
