dd9733f870
registered cvar as 1, set it right in COM_CheckRegistered(). fixes the problem of registered game installed from later versions of cdroms not being properly recognized by versions 0.85.6 and 0.85.7. git-svn-id: http://svn.code.sf.net/p/quakespasm/code/trunk/quakespasm@658 af15c1b1-3010-417e-b628-4374ebc0bcbd
