sezero 93fd580b18 more cvar cleanups: Added Cvar_LockVar, Cvar_UnlockVar, Cvar_UnlockAll and
Cvar_FindVarAfter. Don't expose cvar_vars directly and use Cvar_FindVarAfter
instead.  several typo fixes, etc.
