dad5de099b revised the proxy a bit. one cluster, one udp socket, multiple streams. Hurrah! I wonder how many bugs I just added.

af76cf1f90 <Molgrum> hey Spikester, i get an error trying to compile fteserver: ./release/sv_linux/sv_master.o(.text+0x644): In function `SVM_Think': 
<Molgrum> : undefined reference to `WSAGetLastError'
<Molgrum> collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Hopefully, this fixes that.
