rewritten vast chunks of code to support MOVE_HITMODEL as well as clean some of it up a bit. Dedicated server should build now.
A couple of minor bugs fixed too.

Do the map model checksum byteswapping during the check, don't store it byteswapped, as this breaks a local client.
