libdivide.h: Silence "warning: non-constant-expression cannot be narrowed from type 'uint64_t' (aka 'unsigned long long') to 'long long' in initializer list in C++11 [-Wc++11-narrowing]".
...
The problem that the block of code in question works around was fixed in LLVM r82228 and landed in clang 2.7.

Reorder preprocessor lines in libdivide.h so that LIBDIVIDE_USE_SSE2 is defined before emmintrin.h is included. Fixes ticket #23 . DONT_BUILD.

Various additional optimizations: add CLASSIC_SLICE_BY_4 mode to unroll some of the loops in a-c, replace integer divisions by a divisor unknown at compile time with usage of libdivide, clean up pragmas further by removing more old stuff that wasn't used anywhere. This is another one of those nasty commits that make people cry. DONT_BUILD.
