3cabd5f0ed Fix compilation with GCC
- GCC is pickier than Visual C++. GCC requires that structs with constructors, etc that are
used in a union must be defined outside the union. VC++ lets you do it inline.

db86385cf6 - removed STACK_ARGS.
The only reason this even existed was that ZDoom's original VC projects used __fastcall. The CMake generated project do not, they stick to __cdecl.
Since no performance gain can be seen by using __fastcall the best course of action is to just remove all traces of it from the source and forget that it ever existed.

d0043bed78 Q&D port of decal code to draw generic wall sprites
- This still doesn't use all the sprite properties correctly. It also
looks like they're going to need different code to build the clipping
arrays. But at least wall sprites are drawn at the proper angle now!

2dfb1dd92f - Added an alternate 2D sprite sorting comparison function which seems to work better with
large voxels than the standard 1D sprite sort.

42091b1bb3 - changed AlterWeaponSprite so that it doesn't take a full vissprite as parameter.
- FCoverageBuffer is only used in r_things.cpp, so its declaration does not need to be in a global header that's included everywhere.

b8eb530a0d - Fixed: Wall drawing handled fixed light levels improperly (but did not
completely ignore them, either).
- Separated light level fixing out of player_t's fixedcolormap parameter.
Using a fixed light level (e.g. PowerTorch) will no longer wipe out
  colored lighting.
- Moved the blending rectangle drawing into a separate discrete stage, since
doing it while copying the 3D view window to the display now blends
underneath the weapon instead of on top of it.
- Consolidated the special colormaps into a single 2D table.
- Tweaked the special colormaps slightly to make the true color results more
  closely match the paletted approximations.
- fb_d3d9_shaders.h was getting unwieldy, so I moved the shaders out of the
executable and into zdoom.pk3. Shaders are still precompiled so I don't need
to pull in a dependancy on D3DX.
- Added a few more shaders to accomodate drawing weapons with all the in-game
lighting models. These are accessed with the new DrawTexture tags
  DTA_SpecialColormap and DTA_ColormapStyle.
- Player weapon sprites are now drawn using Direct3D and receive all the
  benefits thereof.

faa9cc4302 - added a P_PointInSector function and replaced all calls to retrieve an
actor's sector in the game engine code with it. This way there's a clear
distinction between renderer-specific and game-specific calls.

e1bd63e876 - Turned on warning level 4 just to see what it would produce: a lot of
warnings. At first, I was going to try and clean them all up. Then I decided
that was a worthless cause and went about just acting on the ones that
  might actually be helpful:
C4189 (local variable is initialized but not referenced)
   C4702 (unreachable code)
C4512 (assignment operator could not be generated)

c412b42703 - Fixed: cycle_t was still a DWORD and not a QWORD under GCC.
- The stat meters now return an FString instead of sprintfing into a fixed
  output buffer.
- NOASM is now automatically defined when compiling for a non-x86 target.
- Some changes have been made to the integral types in doomtype.h:
  - For consistancy with the other integral types, byte is no longer a
    synonym for BYTE.
  - Most uses of BOOL have been change to the standard C++ bool type. Those
that weren't were changed to INTBOOL to indicate they may contain values
other than 0 or 1 but are still used as a boolean.
  - Compiler-provided types with explicit bit sizes are now used. In
particular, DWORD is no longer a long so it will work with both 64-bit
    Windows and Linux.
  - Since some files need to include Windows headers, uint32 is a synonym
for the non-Windows version of DWORD.
- Removed d_textur.h. The pic_t struct it defined was used nowhere, and that
  was all it contained.

8fcf93d65a - Merged a lot of these static destructor-only structs into regular
functions added to the exit chain with atterm so that they can be called
in a deterministic order and not whatever order the linker decides to put
  them in.
- Fixed: DCajunMaster did not free its getspawned.
- Fixed: P_FreeLevelData() did not free ACS scripts.
- Fixed: Level snapshots were not freed at exit.
- Fixed: The save/load menu list was not freed at exit.
- Fixed: FCompressedMemFile needs a destructor to free the m_ImplodedBuffer.
- Fixed: G_DoLoadGame() did not free the engine string.
- Fixed: M_ReadSaveStrings() did not free the engine string.
- Fixed: Processing DEM_SAVEGAME did not free the pathname string.
- Added a check for truncated flats to FFlatTexture::MakeTexture() because
Heretic's F_SKY1 is only four bytes long.
- Added a dump of the offending state to the "Cannot find state..." diagnostic.
- Fixed: FCompressedFile did not initialize m_Mode in its default constructor.
- Fixed: Heretic and Hexen status bars did not initialize ArtiRefresh.
- Fixed: PNGHandle destructor should use delete[] to free TextChunks.
