Changed, Texture Browser: texture groups list can now be collapsed.
Fixed, Texture Browser: restored Tab key functionality yet again (I broke this in r2248...). Added a bit of boilerplate to some of Tag Explorer's settings. Internal: added CollapsibleSplitter control.
