bca1dd42a3 Use xenial to build all the versions newer than trusty 
I'm not 100% sure why we can't use newer series to build the newer installers. But this seems to be what vanilla does

db5cb986ee Detect infinite alias self-recursion mixed with other commands, such as in the case of alias a "echo test; a"; a.
