Nelson Rush b0359d2216 chad set his own permissions on those directories so i'll have to write the admin about 
fixing it, it'll delete on the cvs, but it won't when it hits the shell.

removed chad's useless directory

Nelson Rush 855ab3a1b6 removed useless files, some of the jpg's were really bad ones from our old site, 
the php's removed are no longer used... test?.txt files were for testing the cron
