Nuking the configure stuff. There's no need for it yet, maybe not ever.
Add some flags (-Wall -Werror) to GNUmakefile.preamble.
Fix some stuff -Wall found.

a GNUstep port of the original Quake editor for NeXTstep, QuakeEd.app.
