hah, should have been using __attribute__((used)) all that time (rather
than __attribute__((unused))). fixes the missing console in -x11

sw32. Flee in terror. This'll break compilation for everything until -sdl32 compiles. sw32 wont work for a while either, so don't get overly excited yet.
