[image] Change tex_t data from array to pointer
...
This makes tex_t more generally useable and probably more portable. The
goal was to be able to use tex_t with data that is in a separate chunk
of memory.

Make the dynamic textures more readily available.

I want to get QF style particles going in glsl (since id style is currently
stuck at one pixel), but I don't want multiple copies of the texture code.
