FINALLY, the nq and qw renderers are merged. the view and particle subsystems are not yet merged due to their dependence on the client, but that will come soon.

Merged joystick code. Great deal of cleanup in input, reduced bizarre overuse of protocol.h... Maimed joy_win.c, very likely to get odd behavior there, even if it compiles.
