r_part.c tested for uquake and seems ok, but gl_rpart.c untested

Fix for the QW protocol problem by Dabb..
Some profiling changes as well..
Code now compiles with profiling support, will disable later..

HUGE changes..
Basicly, sound_lib.a is built, and is compiled into the clients..
Note, uquake is SERIOUSLY FSCKED..
