Well, plugins should be able to read/write files through the engine. audio decoding plugin interface is in (might be changed later).
TCPConnect is in.
msg_filter and scr_centersbar.
some recording fixes too.

-usehome should work properly, there's also an extra option to restart the filesystem, flushing pak files without reloading them, but it might not work properly.

...
Note also the addition of q3's sv_pure stuff - which isn't yet compleate (or ethical).
