but it probably is buggy and still has a lot of warnings.
The rest still has errors, i.e. you can't build a doom executable with
MinGW yet

Some headers needed for compilation with MinGW
* sal.h is missing in MinGW
* wine-dsound.h replaces the DirectX dsound.h which uses tons of
annotations that are incompatible with MinGW
