Ozkan Sezer 456e77d036 cfgfile.c (CFG_ReadCvars): Also check for ferror(). Use FS_rewind()
instead of FS_fseek(). From Sander van Dijk.
cfgfile.c, cfgfile.h: synced with uhexen2 versions.
