509124c1dd - redid SW action interface to use a separate wrapper class from USER.
Turned out that not all sprites in the world have a USER, so we need something different to wrap the game's sprite data.

* moved all games into the 'games' folder.
* fixed project to include all sources and move them to the proper folders.
