a28119ae30 Fix Linux compilation
- replaced stricmp with strcasecmp and strncasecmp
https://linux.die.net/man/3/strcasecmp

- replaced all Microsoft specific types with standard ones

- replaced all instances of MAX_PATH with BMAX_PATH
