helixhorned 212343b390 Game: make BOUNCEMINE spawn FRAMEEFFECT only if moving horizontally.
Also add "zshoot -4096 BOUNCEMINE" to lunatic/test/weaponvars.con
to demonstrate that bouncemines can be shot.
