Christoph Oelckers	b0f3121bec	- split up zscript/shared/inventory.txt. - moved health items to their own file. - scriptified ScoreItem and MapRevealer whose entire functionality was a small TryPickup method. - fixed: bit fields in global variables were not correctly written.
