tankefugl 7bd9aab753 - Reverted quake style jumping because of prediction errors. 
- +attack2 is now +moveability.
- Switched the onos attacks charge and devour.
- Alien movement abilities invoked by +moveability now disable according to weapon availability.
- Changed the charge speed calculations. (Incomplete.)
