puzl 1d00211890 -Removed Core->Core monitoring vent (it was both 
marine accessible and a pain for marines to defend).
-Sunk vent 8 units underneath Hub to try to reduce visual glitches with marines.
-Moved gunpod rt into the middle of the room for better marine visibility and to
make the room more marine friendly.
