Moved "Action Doom", "Harmony", "Chex Quest" 1 and 3 game configuration to Configurations/Other Games.

To enable these game configurations, move the contents of a game folder into the "Configurations" folder, and then enable a game configuration(s) in the GZDB's Preferences.
