toaster 6371de806b Improve rain/weather.
* Like Kart, remove cv_precipdensity.
* Like Kart, replace "Infinite" draw distance value with "None".
* Better thinker with more return optimisation.
* Better placement of thinking in rendering, to avoid ceiling-mounted sprite glitches.
