Rename Sys_DPrintf to Sys_MaskPrintf.
We now have finer runtime control over what gets printed. Need to do a
SYS_DEV audit, creating new masks as apropriate.

Bug Fix, mouse didn't work in svga client.Fixed by closing the mouse before initing it due to vga_init initing the mouse when called
