Bill Currie	1bdcd879be	initial work on dynamic view support for the console. I'm aware that ... QF/view.h vs view.h may cause some confusion, but I'm hoping to eleminate view.h. Also put the sample hud.txt into docs so it doesn't get lost.	2003-05-05 18:50:14 +00:00
