15a906aadb Get map parsing pretty much working. 
No geometry is created yet.
Both id and quest formats are supported.
e1m1.map parses in less than two seconds on my system.

97c99de581 Create the entity class scanner. 
It recursivly scans the QC source tree looking for QUAKED comments and
builds a dictionary of the found entity classes.
