Bill Currie	c3801d46e5	Render iqm models in GL. There are still many issues to sort out, but the basics are working. Render iqm models in GL.

There are still many issues to sort out, but the basics are working.

Problems:
	rendered fullbright (no lighting done)
	normals are ignored
