34bcf7faab Do a pure/const/noreturn/format attribute pass. 
I always wanted these, but as gcc now provides warnings for functions that
could do with such attributes, finding all the functions is much easier.

b4ad695e16 Make info_t opaque. 
I didn't like the way client/server code was poking around at the
implementation. Instead, provide a couple of accessor functions for the
same information.

d93fceea38 fix a snafu in SVC_DirectConnect related to info strings, make 
Info_ParseString take (and pass on to Info_SetValueForStarKey) a flags arg
and simplify the flags handing in Info_SetValueForStarKey.

dcd9b0040e rewrite the info strings to use hash tables instead of a static string. 
This required changes to the api (info_t instead of char *) but should be
a net gain in speed (not a lot, admittedly: it was pretty fast to begin
with, but this paves the way for some other changes I have in mind).

74e9f89e8c forward port the client info string filtering from 0.3 and remove info.h from 
a couple of c files that no longer need it.

323015b11a include/QF header cleanup. including config.h (or any file from include) is 
a nono because headers in include/QF get installed, but include don't and thus
would break quakeforge-dev.

f78b973978 move the api headers into include/QF and clean up (most of) the resulting mess. 
target specific files that I don't build won't compile yet. just put QF/
infront of the offending headers.

Also move ver_check into libqfutils
