Bill Currie 2f5ba89cf0 build_rpm.in: 
now builds the rpms. NOTE: only i386 and i686 supported for now. other
	archs need to be atted to the mkdir -p line for RPMS.
rpmrc:
	new file. tell rpm where to pick up our macros for _topdir
