- Updated the debian/ directory from the downstream package just uploaded. - Added .gitignore to the debian dir for the junk that gets created during build.

ok, so this is leaching, but hey, that's part of what the gpl is for :) Bring in Jamie Wilkinson's patches for quake2_3.21-1. this gives us sdl support, ~/.quake2, sane default for gl_driver, and several other fixups.
