Also broke up client.h into a lot of smaller headers.
Oh, software rendering works again.

And yes, this does hit a hell of a lot of files.

Note that this cvar is different from QWF's cl_parsesay.
cl_nofake --- unhide fake messages from other players

d46f19e7ae Add "overloaded" impulse command (e.g. impulse 5 4 1) --- a hack that
