These files were once used to create official Q3Rally servers. Now I've got the time to add them to baseq3r

b3fe8e7cc2 Add map rotation config files for servers 
Created based on the "type" field in the scripts/*.arena files.

Use with "q3rally-server.x86_64 +exec q3r_racing.cfg".
