try to fix hlbsp palette issues. fix drawstring showing link infos. move some annoying cvar defaults over to quake-specific settings, instead of always being on. fix possible hlmdl crash. fix __fullspawninfo fix switching between player/spectator not tracking spawned slot counts properly. fix a possible crash from runstandardplayerphysics. git-svn-id: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/fteqw/code/trunk@5030 fc73d0e0-1445-4013-8a0c-d673dee63da5
