fix occasional vid_restart crash. fix dynamic rtlight memory leak. tweak some gl robustness things, so we can throw away the gl context and restart video cleanly if the drivers decide to randomly crash us. grr. dodgy drivers/hardware are annoying. git-svn-id: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/fteqw/code/trunk@4775 fc73d0e0-1445-4013-8a0c-d673dee63da5
