Added -fassumeint so constants are by default ints instead of floats (like in C). Use a decimal point and it'll be a float. Fixed a couple of omissions/bugs reported by Blub. Added lame x86 jit which is still buggy, incomplete, and disabled. And bigfoot will hate it. git-svn-id: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/fteqw/code/trunk@3349 fc73d0e0-1445-4013-8a0c-d673dee63da5
