018e0cc849 so gl_2dscale takes effect if the user manually resizes the window with the mouse cursor. Kinda funky.

40d4aaf9e8 now more likly to spit out errors on things going wrong (closed some loopholes) and should also be a bit faster.

527e3ee7a0 That should make NQ physics (sv_nomsec 1) work a bit better. And yeah, slide works now, though QuakeRally seems to have too much gravity on slopes.
