60c8797d25 Try to fix frametime issues with TW. 
Use eukara's icon in x11, matching the windows icon.
Use the extra main-menu options even when there's no menufont available.

7f2c356133 Fixed some bugs with servers using gnutls. 
Attempted to clean up build configs slightly, now ALWAYS using a build config.
Now enabling wayland renderer by default on linux (activates by default only when x11 fails).
Given linux servers the ability to chroot (will be used by default if run as suid-root).
Fixed a couple of vulkan warnings.
Makefile now treats speex like any other library.

74a7dff814 Make sure vk+x11 can deal with window resizes properly. Fix some warnings. Deal with hardware that uses gamma ramps larger than 256 entries on x11.

7f6c2054d9 threaded loading code and associated/extensive tweaks. 
unified image loading code a little between renderers.
support switching worldmodel in csqc. also associated bugfixes.

7e80062ab9 Added x11 unicode input support. Added wayland support (FTE_TARGET=linux-wayland). Added properly support for rpi+egl (FTE_TARGET=linux-rpi, warning: expects to cross-compile).
