50a59ff11f rewritten vast chunks of code to support MOVE_HITMODEL as well as clean some of it up a bit. Dedicated server should build now.
A couple of minor bugs fixed too.

a9d9293fc1 Changed spikeset.
Some csqc tweeks, bugfixes, additional work (yay - prediction, keyboard input!)
Some teamplay tweeks, supports much more fuhquake-compatable teamplay stuff.
Changed the texture naming scheme a bit.
