DerpedCrusader 84cf046abf MAPS: adjustments to NDU
Changed: all glow lights's `spawnflag` set to `1` for fullbright, changed all glow lights to use `models/sprites` (instead of `progs/Sprites`), set `zhlt_lightflags` to `2` for a few pillars that should have had them
